Embassy Suites Atlanta - Buckhead

OK hotel with a good service. Placed in an area which can be called a hotel ghetto with only a lot of hotels and uninteresting shops, some closed because of the financial crisis.

Loved the suite, beautiful view, cooked to order breakfast, room service.

Front desk staff was rude, parking is way to expensive

Nothing at all. The worst time ever, the worst birthday ever.

the whole experience was awful. Everything about the hotel. Ive stayed the multiple of times. I tried to get a refund and the wouldn't give me one.

Don't stay at the Embassy Suites in Buckhead! The staff were not courteous at all. Apparently there was an power outage shortly after my husband and I arrived. The television stopped working, so I called down to the front desk and explained there is a problem with our television and my husband was trying to watch the game. The front desk clerk words were "it's out, and it's a Geogia Power problem" before I could ask when does she expect it to come back on, she hung up. I called back twice and the same front desk clerk answered and I asked her the when does she expect it to be fixed, her response was "I don't know" kind of like stop bothering me, it's not our problem. There was no "I'm sorry for the inconvenience, and Georgia Power is working on the problem and it will be restored shortly"....I guess professionalism and courteous hurt these days. But this goes a long way with guest, this is absolutely the first hotel I have stayed that has this level of lack of courtesy and respect for their guest(who pays).

The food was great. The food staff were fantastic

Hair in the tub Phone customer service was terrible, the young lady I spoke with was pushy, short, and sarcastic

whole ambiente (furniture, bathroom etc.) old and outdated, needs refurbishing internet for pay in room is no more 'state of the art'

The bed rested very well. Enjoyed my sleep.

The reception and breakfast was horrible. One lady serving the drinks at reception was so rude. Who eats out of paper plates? Really!?!?

When checking in the staff was very friendly and personable. The room was very nice and comfortable. Enjoyed my stay.

Hidden fees Booked.net failed to mention. Complimentary breakfast not so enjoyable.

Breakfast should go to 10, phones in our room did not work, nobody showed up after it was reported to front desk, very noisy, all that sound from lobby travels up, and soft close doors would be great for all the inconsiderate people and their children that leave them to slam shut till 12 am and start again at at 6am.

Excellent value overall

We were there during spring break for many schools. This time should be considered "holidays", so that breakfast could be served until 10:30am.

The room is clean and spacious, breakfast was good, and the location was good.

Parking was terrible- my daughter lives nearby and couldn't visit us without having to pay $10 for parking. You have to pay for wifi- $10/day. I travel often and have not stayed at a hotel at this day and age where you have to pay for wifi.

My husband & I loved everything!!!!

The breakfasts here are not to be matched.

How soft the bed was.

The young lady on the valet staff was very disrespectful,housekeeping could be more timely.
